Estimates & Additional Issues
Any issues discovered during service that weren’t visible during the initial estimate will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.
If a customer is informed of a potential risk (e.g., rusted bolts, worn components) and still requests the work, J’s Auto is not liable for failures related to that condition.
Customer Approval: Any work beyond the original estimate will require customer approval before proceeding.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements are made.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
Vehicle & Personal Belongings
J’s Auto has a strict policy of never touching or moving personal belongings in vehicles.
Because of this policy, J’s Auto is not responsible for lost or missing items. Customers are encouraged to remove any valuables prior to service.
Warranty & Liability
Repairs and parts have warranties only as provided by the manufacturer.
J’s Auto is not responsible for pre-existing damage, rust, or failure caused by conditions outside of our control once the customer is informed.
Communication
J’s Auto will notify customers of any additional concerns or changes in pricing as soon as they are discovered.
Scheduling & Delays
If J’s Auto is en route to a job and an unforeseen circumstance occurs, the service may need to be rescheduled.
Customers will be notified as soon as possible of any delays or changes to the appointment.
