Estimates & Additional Issues

  1. Any issues discovered during service that weren’t visible during the initial estimate will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.

    1. If a customer is informed of a potential risk (e.g., rusted bolts, worn components) and still requests the work, J’s Auto is not liable for failures related to that condition.

    2. Customer Approval: Any work beyond the original estimate will require customer approval before proceeding.

  2. Payment

    • Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements are made.

    • Late payments may incur additional fees.

  3. Vehicle & Personal Belongings

    • J’s Auto has a strict policy of never touching or moving personal belongings in vehicles.

    • Because of this policy, J’s Auto is not responsible for lost or missing items. Customers are encouraged to remove any valuables prior to service.

  4. Warranty & Liability

    • Repairs and parts have warranties only as provided by the manufacturer.

    • J’s Auto is not responsible for pre-existing damage, rust, or failure caused by conditions outside of our control once the customer is informed.

  5. Communication

    • J’s Auto will notify customers of any additional concerns or changes in pricing as soon as they are discovered.

  6. Scheduling & Delays

    • If J’s Auto is en route to a job and an unforeseen circumstance occurs, the service may need to be rescheduled.

    • Customers will be notified as soon as possible of any delays or changes to the appointment.
